Expensive but good. Not the best value burger. I prefer Culvers.

Small mix-up on order. Manager made it right. Incredibly kind and apologetic. Life happens and mistakes happen. How you handle yourself during those challenges speaks to character. Very happy and impressed.
Been here several times on my lunch break and today I asked if they had any coupons available on an app or in store and they told me no. I am a general manager at Jiffy Lube right down the street and we give out tons of coupons to our customers to promote repeat business and give back to our customers this place does not and they over charge for there food. Devin disappointed in this news. Bad service and over priced for what you get. You need to fix this five guys!!!
It is always a positive experience at the Longmont 5 Guys. From friendly staff to an abundance of fries with our burgers. We have never been disappointed.
