TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! My very first time at his Leesburg location. I paid my food then after I I set down, cashier told me my payment didn’t go through, I showed him the paid receipt notification on my phone, I also showed him the transaction from my bank showing the payment but yet he kept saying I had to pay again then he gave me an attitude and said he would give me a free meal if I didn’t have money to pay, not to mention there was a whole line of people right behind me. tables aren’t sticky, they have the good soda machines aswell. Milkshakes are good but straws are kinda thin
Burgers were so so .service was great.The Atmosphere the music was so loud you nearly had to yell to be heard.We packed up our meal and when and finished it in the car
I Just wanted to leave a review for Josh because the service was genuinely amazing. He was super respectful, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. He made sure my order was right, kept everything moving fast, and overall made the experience way better than most places. You can tell he actually cares about customers and takes pride in his work. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while
