04/17/2026: Ordered Five Guys mainly because I was craving fries. Got a hamburger combo tonight. I thought the burger was okay (not too flavor and skimpy toppings) for what I paid for and nothing remarkable. The Cajun fries were better and definitely reminded me of the fries you get on the east coast boardwalk where it is all about the malt vinegar and no ketchup.
Always great burgers and awesome fries! Best fries around.
First time here and i have to say the customer service was amazing.Felt very welcome and the food was 5 stars my daughter loves the fries and she's a very picky eater when it comes to takeout food. She gives it 5 stars also
Their items on the menu are quite pricey. Had a chance to buy one get free burger, but found out it was just a gimmick! I drove over 15 miles to try and take advantage of the offer.. Had to download the 5 guys' burgers and fries app allowed my email to be washed over with junk mail from them,and start a new account,and everything..... Only to find out that i can't order online through the app and the only way you take advantage of any of their offers is through the app. So I just uninstall the app and stop going!
