My husband I were there about a week ago and they ended up giving us the wrong kind of fries. We went up to the counter to let them know the mistake and see if we could get the right type of fries. The manager immediately apologized and gave us a fresh batch and offered for us to keep both. We kindly declined and sat down to eat our food. The manager then came and gave us a $10 voucher to apologize for the mistake.
