Rude staff! They stand around laughing instead of working!
That was one of the best Five Guys experiences I've had! The staff was super friendly, always smiling, and really fast. 😊

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Five Guys in Medford. They made a mistake with my order, and I was specifically told that I could come back the following day and have the food replaced. I returned based on what their own employee told me. When I got there, I spoke with the manager, who immediately gave me a nasty and unprofessional attitude.
