Used to be my favorite place to get burgers. Then they ran a promotion they said would go through the 18th for BOGO burgers, but turned their online ordering system off before the end of the night on the 18th so you couldn’t use it. Wouldn’t take the coupon via phone or in store. This after false advertising a few months earlier telling me to keep an eye on my inbox for a deal that never came. Ordered on September 18th. Waited the estimated 35 minutes until pick up. Went inside because my order was marked complete. My order was not done and I waited for over an hour for my food. I finally left because I heard the people around me saying they have been there for two hours. I have reached out about three times and have yet to receive a response. Will not be going back anytime soon.
We ordered 4 burgers they were terrible overcooked and no meat , haven't order from there in 5 months, ordered today on 9/26/2026 Omg awful. No more We love to help the small businesses we order from everywhere.Never again, from here.They didn't get the order right?The burgers were overcooked.The french fries were good , no more goodbye five guys.
Totally a scam on BOGO. Waited 2 hours, lied to 3 different times, still couldn’t get my order, wouldn’t do anything for me, and ticket was in the wrong stack the whole time. Needs new management.
