Never order from delivery app. Their food does. Not travel well at all .
4of us went to 5 guys in prescott on 1/31/25 at 2 pm. First my charge card was entered 3 times they said there were problems but I would only be charged once. We all ordered small cheeseburger and fry’s all four of us were very disappointed in what we got. Hamburger was not the same at all meat smaller and taste not so good. Fries were ridiculously undercooked, everyone was on their phones, and I placed an order for 6:30 at about 6:10 then it still wasn’t done until 6:40. Would way rather have had in and out and it’s 1/2 the outrageous price for the horrible food.
You can always count on a good burger from 5 guys, but today's was especially good. Not just a pile of toppings, but we'll made in every way. And the service was, once again, great!
