Last week I had my first lettuce wrapped burger and it was perfect. Today I ordered the same lettuce wrapped burger and the lettuce was so soggy, it couldn't even hold the burger together. Also the Cajun fries had no Cajun seasonings on them. So disappointing 😞

We did a mobile order. Came to the window us and an other car set there not being acknowledged once and we watched someone walk back and forth not acknowledging the window once. I had to call to get us and the car behind use any acknowledgment. Do better or don’t have a window! The fries are also over cooked. For as much as u charge people do better!

We go to Five Guys fairly often. Most of the time the food is pretty good. I mean, the burgers are almost always good. But lately the fries are horrible. As you can see from the pictures, the last time we were there the fries were burnt and so salty they were inedible. The five guys in Prescott is great. But I would avoid the Prescott Valley location for now if I were you.
