Great custom burger and fries! And the seasonal blackberry milkshake was great! Definitely get the whipped cream on top. Friendly staff and super clean store. I love that you can choose your toppings. I brought my meal back to my hotel room to eat, so it got a bit squashed by the time I unwrapped it, but the fries were still hot and cripsy, just perfect. This is by far top 3 Five Guys I've had the privilege of eating at. 1st let me tell you about the nice guy who noticed that I have a "mobility problem" (I'm getting over double leg surgery) So he helped me with the door. The crew was very friendly and helpful. They gave off a feeling that they actually cared and not being fake. The food was phenomenal hot fresh Everything you'd expect then you actually received. I always know exactly what I’m getting here, and it never disappoints. The burgers are consistently juicy and delicious, and I love that you can customize them with as many toppings as you want at no extra cost. The fries are hands-down the best, and they are always so generous with the portion sizes you definitely get your money's worth. The atmosphere is casual and the service is always super efficient, even when it gets busy. It’s my top choice when I’m craving a really satisfying, classic burger experience.
The staff here is always great and friendly. They make an effort to not only engage but make your items quickly as well. Even when it’s clear they are very busy I’ve never had a bad burger and somehow the fries are always top tier
The power went out and took out their credit card system so they couldn't honor the gift card we had. The manager decided to just give us our meals for free and it might just be the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me!!!
