Ordered online ready asap was 5 to 10 minutes showed up 18 minutes later waited for 39 minutes food showed up shake not ready. Don't order and pay online they won't give you a refund.

Checked in and said I was here on the website, stood and waited for twenty minutes while the staff just stared at me. I guess you have to go to the counter to tell them that, so what’s the point of saying you’re here online? Finally went up and said something after someone else came and checked in for theirs. They bumped me to the bottom of the list still and I waited another five minutes for my fries.
