Loved the burgers, fries, and oreo shakes. The service was great and the restaurant was clean with plenty of seating.
We ordered vanilla milkshakes via Uber Eats, and the 5 Guys staff gave our order to random people, who walked off with it. The Uber Eats drivers tried to resolve the issue with the 5 Guys team, but they refused to remake the order. This happened on July 30, 2025, between 1 pm and 2 pm. Employees who make mistakes like this and refuse to fix them are unacceptable. Experiences like this show a complete lack of professionalism and respect for paying customers.
