Kids loved the burgers. There was a mistake on one, and the staff was really gracious in fixing the problem.
So today I went to 5 guys to try the viral grilled cheese sandwich add a patty, grilled onions and mayo. I had it made into a combo. My order number was 31. I was waiting and they announced order number 30 and looked right at me, (I had talked to them asking to cut it in half for me after I ordered it) . Worst customer service ever. Went to go pick up an order my husband made and they complained that I didn’t look like the name that was my husband and told them that my husband made it. Even showed a receipt and bank charge but they said he has to pick it up. So i disputed the charge as my family never got out order.
