I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, and it’s disappointing to see how much the service has declined with the new staff. They’re noticeably slower and seem to have no sense of order prioritization. I used to be in and out quickly with online orders — now it’s a mess. Today I watched a worker deliberately fill everyone else’s bags with fries before mine, even though my order was clearly in first. It’s a shame, because this used to be one of the best-run Five Guys locations around.
Excellent food quality speed of service 5 guys crew in Parma tonight did awesome. Manager Luke was as greeting customers and thanking them for coming in . Everything looked very clean and I can spot this location is above standard being a General Manager in the food service business for 34 years. Nice Job Team Parma 5 Guys I will make this my home location.
Best burgers anywhere.
