I was eating. A burger and then I pulled out a long piece of black hair and then I told the employee and they said hold on.I'll get the manager.The manager asked me what color was the hair .He smile and he was just giggling like it was fake . when we walked away to get the received he was saying all types of stuff . the service was horrible. Well, at the end we got a refund. You kept rolling his eyes and having an attitude but I did not recommend going.

We love Five Guys. We have visited multiple locations in multiple states. Some stand out and shine. Others need some polish and elbow grease to bring them up to standards. This particular location needs some polish and elbow grease. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant on a Friday afternoon when we walked in. Our biggest points with this location: the hamburger was not piping hot when it got to us...and we were dine in and not carry out or delivery service.
