I had to update my review 8 years later. I was just denied service at 9:58pm on a Friday night on my way home from Logan airport even though the 'open' sign was on, it was before 10pm, and the door was unlocked. I was hoping to get dinner after a long day of travel but NOPE! I'm pissed and hungry now. Bad customer service!!!!! I even added a picture of the sign that says 'OPEN"
They gave me a free large and medium fry because I forgot my wallet honestly bless their heart I will be going to pay for it later so kind the fries were delicious as always!
10 minutes from a line of 5 people to getting food. Bathroom was really clean. A++! (This was for 1/28/26 at ~1pm)
