Ordered online today. Checked in when I arrived at the store and 20 min later discovered they didn't bother starting the order. It's no wonder they're making mistakes with such few staff for the orders they were getting. I recommend avoiding this location or at the very least place your order at the store, as those orders were being completed. Update: Had to extend my lunch to drive back because they made the order wrong. They remade the sandwich and apologized.
My experience at Five Guys was one to remember. I'd just had labs done for which I had fasted, so I was starved after I'd arrived from LA. Upon entering the establishment I overheard a lady saying some nasty things, but I didn't pay too much attention. I thought she was on the phone.
