People waiting over an hour to get their food. Continued to keep taking orders knowing they could accommodate. Once people got their food the orders were wrong and food cold. Manager yelling at the two workers completely unprofessional. We ended up leaving without our food because we couldnt wait any longer and was never refunded. We will never go back again.
I had never been to Five Guys before this visit. When I went into this store the first thing I noticed was the music. It was too loud and it made me want to turn around and leave immediately. The cashier was obviously done with his day and just wanted it to be over. They took my order, and I need to say $22 for a burger and a small frie with no drink is asinine. They were relatively quick to get me my food, but it wasn't fast enough because holy crap did I want to be anywhere else. Overall, I'm never going back to a Five Guy... read more
