Everything is always great food, service!
Honestly, I love this store - usually a great place to get a burger. But training customer service might help a lot. When I entered the restaurant, I saw two people behind the counter working, one grilling and the other working with lettuce in containers. Neither one of the employees looked and acknowledged me. For at least a few minutes, I stood there waiting for some help but neither employee ever said anything and seemed to intentionally ignored me, not even looking my way. Had Door dash first time. The fries were so salty I couldnt eat them. The burger was very soggy.... So disappointed... Horrible..... 2nd time yucky food. Five Guys in Oregon are the bomb...
