DO NOT GO HERE. Drive to a different location. The "team" behind the counter is rude and food is cold. I had to wait in line for my pick-up order because no one was "available." After speaking to Johnathan, the store manager, he said they couldn't do anything and declined to make it right. Waste of $40 and time.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Five Guys for the past few years, usually coming about once to twice a month, so this experience was especially disappointing. On August 16, 2026, at around 3:30 PM, we had gotten a table and were about to order when my infant started crying and needed milk. I know this is not Five Guys specialty of making veggie sandwich but I am not able to eat meat so I thought I would try the pricey veggie sandwich which came with mushroom, onions and lettuce because they ran of tomato. The taste was bland and I would never recommend it to anyone. Great people just horrible dish. Jesus Christ Loves You!!!
