Fries taste different from what I last remember 5 Guys taste like. The burger was good
Witnessed an employee removing fries from one bag to the other, from the bag to the bin, re-seasoned or salted, then placed into a different bag from a different order altogether. Employee morale is sort of robotic and there are a couple who want nothing to do with customer interaction of any sort. I'm leaving a tough review because I'm finding it tough to justify paying $14 for a hamburger and an additional $6 for fries that are now always cooked inconsistently...and what I recently witnessed.
Classic five guys with big burgers and huge fries orders. Fast friendly staff. So good, thank you!
Great service from these guys always
