Every bit of what I expect in a great burger and fries. Only challenge was staff ignoring that I was there ready to pickup my online order. Or maybe really I was being assertive enough. Either way lunch was great!

I had not been to a Five Guys in several years. We stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. It was a great experience. I cannot wait to go back to this one, whenever I'm free in Hermitage. A customer got up from eating and held the door open because he saw we had a carseat. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as well happy. Always fash and friendly service, fresh and hot everytime. Them bags make the size of the fries less but them extra fries make it okay
