I used to go to five guys a good amount back when i loved elsewhere. This was probably my second time at this location in the 10 years ive lived here. I placed an order after leaving royal kids with my kids. Said it be ready in 7-10 minutes and that it be in the pick up counter as the confirmation had said. I show up 7 minutes later and noone addressed me they were busy. I waited 5 minutes, walked out went to get food for a family member across the street. Good hamburgers. Quality, fresh potato cut fries. Reasonable but pricey. Quiet, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of color. Friendly staff. Quick service. Attentive to good customer service. ALL dishes prepared and cooked to order. Plenty of parking. Dine in area is clean. Clean restrooms and clean restaurant.

I am not one to leave reviews usually but this was a whole other level of shitty, I ordered large fries and didn’t get it instead they just tossed fries in the bag till the grease soaked through and when I picked up the bad of my counter top the bottom ripped open leaving my burger and fries on the floor. I have never experienced this extreme lack of care before
