The burgers are decent and the overall quality of the food is not bad. However, the beef patties tend to be a bit too greasy for my taste. On the positive side, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. If they could improve the quality of the meat and reduce the grease, it would be an even better dining experience.
We went there for a quick bite on a Friday evening after shopping at around 09:30pm, and the place looked like a perfect venue for a Korean horror movie (i.e. deserted apart from a few dodgy deliivery drivers). The staff were very rude, condescending and could not care less). The food was mediocre at best, which also reflected the lack of standards and care in preparing it. The venue was acceptable, but not very clean.
Great food, great service. Laura was great in getting the order in and the food was delicious as always. Love the shakes, burgers, fries . . . chef's kiss.
