I could only give this location a 4 star as the food seemed more blan than I remember especially when adding onions to it. It was also very crowded and the tables were aligned in a way that made it difficult to get around other people. And since there were so many people is just seemed chaotic instead of inviting. Also their soda machines were empty of a lot of products that should have been available and one machine was down completely all together. So it was a bit disappointing but it filled me up!
Worst experience I’ve had at a five guys. Made online order for 7:15, got there at 7:15 with only maybe 4 people waiting with me. Told the girl my order name, she confirmed multiple times, asked the girl cooking and she confirmed with me multiple times as well. Then a rush of people came in, I saw the lady packing the orders put my bag up on the top without calling the name out. Although I didn’t know it was mine at the time.
