The promo is a joke. Downloaded the app and it’s not working “ because too many people are trying” but they won’t honor it in store. What a waste of time update** finally got through to the check out and guess what??! The promo is now invalid. On the right day and after jumping through all the hoops🤡
I came here in the evening to place an order. I waited and standed at the front counter for 30 minutes, and not a single staff member came to take my order. They seemed to only focus on online orders. This was really disappointing.
They won't take orders and laughed at the lobby. Started recording.
7 guys can't make the order any faster. The signage is bragging about awards from 10 years ago while you get expensive smashed food served slowly.
