My experience at Five Guys today on broadway was so unacceptable that it needs to be addressed. First off, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than acknowledging waiting customers. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone bothered to take my order and when they did, the cashier acted like I was interrupting their day.
