The staff here at this Five Guys are essentially nice people. Zach took my order and was helpful and has a fun expressive personality. Ashley made my burger and cared enough to ask me if she put enough mushrooms and onions on it, and wanted to make sure it was just how I wanted it. Great folks; I will not hesitate to drive a little out of my way to come here again the next time I'm driving through this part of Massachusetts.

Food and service was fine, but either the heat is broken or they’re trying to save money. Could literally see my breath. My burger froze.
