I come here for the service, not just the food. The food is absolutely amazing, but the people are so nice. It's always clean, and the employees are kind. I love seeing my food prepared. The young man Eithan, who was recently promoted to management, has been here since I started coming here about two years ago. We are always greeted when we walk in the door, and I have never been dissatisfied with my order. You guys are doing a great job here.
First off, I don’t eat out much, I’m a 100% disabled veteran, so eating out once a month is kind of a treat for me and my family. This month we chose Five Guys, it was my first time here, and honestly my expectations were high. I ordered 3 big cheeseburgers, a large Cajun fry, and 3 large drinks, and the total came out to almost 53 bucks, plus I even left a small tip. More expensive then I anticipated.. food was good!
I went there on my lunch break I only had 30 min break i waited for a food 25 min and I went and talk to them and the told me the lost my ticket the staff that works there the clueless the don’t know anything his was the last time I went to eat there food is good but service is horrible
Service was fine, but my fries were unusually short, greasy, and overcooked. Not at all good. I took my order to go, or I'd have asked for a new order. Disappointing.
