I’ve always liked Five Guys, but I’m really disappointed with my last visit. I ordered a large Cajun fry, and it was nowhere near the size it used to be. In the past, a large order was enough for two or three people to share. This time, it was about the size of what used to be a small, and I could easily finish it by myself. The bun on the burger was super soggy I brought it back in and asked for a new one she basically said she can’t toast it again and gave me a dry bun. We ate out in front so no reason it should have been soaked like that. She was very frustrated when I told her about it. I spent almost $50 for a burger and fired for me and my son.
Wonderful staff asked us how things were going they were very polite , very nice , definitely will return
Super friendly team. Good food. They forgot an extra charge item on the order. However fixed it quickly without question.
