I'm giving up on five guys. I'd rather spend less or more and get what I want.
We go to the Hybla Valley location at least once every month or so. But almost every time we’ve gone over the last year, the fries have been terrible….undercooked and soggy. Hot dogs and burgers are fine, but their fries are consistently terrible. Soggy. Not crisp. Bleh. We’re going to try the location farther up the road a bit next time.
The quality of the food is consistent in the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I need to have a value menu though the cheapest thing is a 10-dollar hamburger single Patty
