We order Uber eats for this restaurant and we cancelled the order 3 mins after we order. We call the restaurant and they confirmed that the order was cancelled but after 2 hours we received our cancel order. The order was incomplete and when I called the restaurant they didn't care and hang up the phone. No words...
I used to love five guys when I lived in NY but for some reason the quality in this particular restaurant is not great....they don't do cup of fries and the fries are very measured....overly pricey and I got a meal....the coke on the drink fountain was tasteless like it needed a replacement already...disappointed
-Healthier fast food options. -One of the better tasting burgers, including their veggie burger. -Their fries are the best. -Very nice staff. -Meals have always been made very well! -Free peanuts. -This location has shakes with free mix-ins.
Great burgers- All the Way. Only cook to one temp- medium well. Best French Fries anywhere! Even a Medium Sized order--You get more than you need!!! A little on the expensive side. 3/12/26.
