Online orders are never ready even though their tables are always empty. Even though you order online, when you arrive to pick it up you always have to wait 20 minutes. Their staff is not efficient. I don't want to imagine if their tables were full of people, they would simply collapse.
This is a staple for excellent food, but the order takers could be more gentle with the customer service experience. They seem upset when asked question. Meaning they just want you to order and pay. Me asking about the Cajun seasoning on fries shouldn't seem like a hassle smh
Love this place. Such a cool old school vibe and the service is always great.
