Food was fresh and ready when I arrived.
I ordered delivery for a cheeseburger, regular fries and a Chocolate/Coffee shake, everything was cold delivery took forever. It took about 45 minutes. I live behind the Jewel on Ogden in Downers Grove. Shouldn’t have taken that long. I called the delivery guy and asked him if he Was having a hard time finding My place, Because the delivery time kept being extended when I looked at the tracker online. He said no. Big shoutout to the Five Guys crew! I ordered via DoorDash, and even though they can't take special requests through the app, I gave them a call. The staff was amazing – so friendly and totally worked with me on my order. Couldn't be happier!
This location never disappoints!! And when I see that Alvo is working I know that my fries are going to be perfectly seasoned and fresh. Thank you so much for your incredible service every time!:)
