Charlie & Lucas were amazing! Working together as a team when they were getting buried by all the online orders & nasty people wanting a refunds. Five Guys should be proud to have workers like them! Thank you!
Charlie busted his ass off today and him and his coworkers deserve a raise AT MINIMUM. He held the restaurant together like a true restaurant owner would throughout probably the busiest day of the century (BOGO free burger special for their 40th birthday) He visibly had no support from upper management. The manager definitely needed to be available to help with refunds because of the unreliable server issues with the online ordering platform today, as one woman was unable to get a refund from the server issues today. Always great service here. Staff is nice and does a good job making the food. Only gripe is how expensive Five Guys is in general, but sometimes it's worth it to pay the premium.
