You are playing yourself if you do not get a burger, fries and a shake from 5 guys in Glastonbury. The quality service and food is F.A.B.O..... FABULOUS. FOR REAAAAAAAL. In my Drizzy Drake voice!!!
Pretty consistent. Hot food made the way i ordered it.
Forgot the bacon on two bacon cheeseburgers (in-person order). This is the fourth time I’ve gone in and my order has been messed up to some extent. The last time I came in to pick up my online order, almost all of my toppings were missing so I had to go back and they gave me my toppings wrapped in tinfoil so that I could build my own burger at home. I don’t tend to have this issue at any other five guys location. Although the staff is nice, you don’t ever get what you paid for here.
