Ivlovec5 guys - this is one of my favorite burger places. Burgers and fries are awesome. I do love the free peanuts. It is noisy in there as there is nothing to absorb sound. They are pricey but I feel they are worth it. If you like Burgers and want amazing fries give them a try.
Reason given 3 price food is great
Order placed thru Grubhub. 2 burgers and large fries. Only one burger and fries arrived. I called the store and they very graciously refunded for the missing item. However, what they do not seem to understand is that customers place orders because they cannot leave their homes among other reasons. Now I have one burger cut in half for 2 people. Please remember that your customers keep you in business. Thank you.
The food here is good but with the exception of one gentleman on the line, their customer service is deplorable at best. They act like customers are a complete inconvenience and you’re getting in the way of their social life. Orders get taken by people they do not belong to because there’s no pick up verification and when one customer’s order was taken, one extra positive employee responded with, “that’s not our problem, we do our job.” Just really negative and rude service.
