4 “workers” twiddling thumbs. Both ketchup dispenser pumps empty. Soft drink machines with issues. Restroom with, out of order flushing. Scoop of fries just emptied into burger bag. Unreal. Where do you get these people? Around 12:30pm. on Oct. 22, if interested in who was supposed to be working at that time.

Paid $43 to visit a restaurant environment with dirty tables, an unkept floor, the saltiest fries, and a staff that won’t even bother to turn down the blaring loud music. To any potential customers, don’t come here. Don’t waste your money.

Way too expensive!!! Especially for a marginal burger. Go to Collegiate Grill instead (bonus: they're local).

Never been to a Five Guys before and had it two days in a row at two different locations. This location was the 2nd of those locations. The burgers were mediocre and dry, but the fries were some of the best I've eaten. The service was not very good. I decided to try the Cajun fries, and I asked the young woman taking my order what was in the Cajun spice in the fries. Ordered two hot dogs ahead. I went in told them I was there for my order. Usually they would ask you to pay but he told me to come on around and get my food. I was trying to tell them I had not paid yet and another girl informed him that yes I had not paid. I paid and went around as she was getting my food ready. Another guy come out the door and as she was handing it to me told me that I hadn't paid yet.
