This location has the best customer service. Every time I come in, they greet me with a smile. This place prides it’s customers and the food is amazing!
One Star – Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service I stood at the mobile pickup counter for nearly ten minutes without a single acknowledgment. Several employees repeatedly shouted order numbers, yet not one could take a second to greet me or check if I’d been helped. I finally had to interrupt someone just to be noticed — only to watch as a woman of Hispanic descent behind me was immediately acknowledged while I continued to be ignored.
