I went to Five Guys for the first time yesterday, after watching a video about the place on Youtube. The regular burger had two meat patties and was much bigger than I expected. It was obviously made with fresh ground meat, very tasty, very satisfying. I could safely say this is the best burger in town, worth every penny. Yes, prices are higher, but this place is obviously not Wendy's. Great service in a very clean location. I will definitely be going back!
All kinds of problems and nobody speaks English to help me. Literally took 5 minutes to let me know they have to still make the shake and then the shake lady was rude when she got off break
Just stopped by Five Guys (College Station) which is in front of The Drury Hotel. I met the manager, Braden, who took my order. Friendliest staff around and THE CLEANEST restaurant in College Station. The food is great too. I will most definitely come back!
Order #71 on 4/24 5:58pm no meat on cheeseburger to go. Call the store and passed to three different people trying to help. Then I’m told the manager only speaks Spanish… so I explain Spanglish when then another front line worker explained my only option would be to drive 20 minutes back for them to remake their mistakes. Simple refund or gift card or offer to send the food on a run yourselves. Unreal customer service.
Five Guys is known for its juicy, flavorful burgers and fries. This location in College Station lives up to the brand's reputation. I visited here for lunch during a break at a business conference at the nearby Hilton. It is an easy, short walk from the hotel.
