Paid online and went to go pick up and had to wait almost 2 hours to get my food
Don't come here if you don't want to wait more than 15 minutes for your own food. That's how long I spent waiting for just a milkshake. The staff members were rude, making faces as if it had been a free handout.
When I first came to the U.S., I accidentally ordered a bun-patty-bun instead of a hamburger. The cashier kept asking, “Are you sure?” Since my English was terrible at the time, I just said, “Yes.” Now, every August 1st, my family celebrates our anniversary by having a Bun-Patty-Bun Day. . But we really like Five guys burger.
