If i could give zero stars i would. Worst five guys ive ever been too the only person who greeted us and smiled was the manager . Awful customer service they should all be ashamed of themselves
My car says it's 97° outside and yet it feels cooler outside than it does inside the restaurant because the air conditioner is broken. I understand that happens from time to time but what I don't understand is why there are some lady walking around inside the restaurant with her dog. Gross. Staff was super nice and food was pretty good.
It is ok.
My husband and I always love going to this 5 Guys location because the staff is always so amazing, especially Amber. She usually takes our order and does so in such a kind and fun-filled way! If only all customer service could be this great! The food was great also.
Dropping to 1 star from 4 for primarily consistently bad customer service for months -so bad you won't enjoy their fi the last few months. they got orders wrong twice (eg: paid for 3 burgers but got only 2). Then next time there was no ketchup. Yesterday, they had ONLY shells in their open peanut boxes - my wife very nicely properly requested them to open a new box (there were dozens). But there was only 1 designated employee (believe this is the manager) and she spent 20 minutes doing other things and did not have the peanu... read more
