Food here is good and what you’d expect from any Five Guys. But during a recent carry out order, they forgot an item. Not a problem, that happens. I tried calling twice shortly after (same day), but no one picked the phone. Again, still fine, maybe they were too busy. The problem was when I was finally to get a hold someone the next day. They fought me really hard, like unusually hard.
