OMG... THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I'VE EVER BEEN IN. I WALKED IN AT 12:50. I WAITED TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. NO FOOD. SIX PEOPLE CAME IN AFTER ME AND THEY GOT THEIR FOOD BEFORE ME. SMFH. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IT'S COMING UP.MEANWHILE, MY BURGER IS IN A BAG SITTING ON A COUNT WAITING FOR FRENCH FRIES.BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE FRENCH FRIES MADE. I HAD TO GIVE YOU A STAR BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T LET ME DO ZERO STARS , THE WORST RESTAURANT IN WHITE PLAINS TO EAT AT. WE'LL NEVER EAT AT NONE OF YOUR CHAINS AGAIN.
Really nice staff! The food came quick and was delicious. I don’t know about you, but 5 Guys makes yummy hotdogs!
im actually so upset with the service and order i received. i know i went there before closing but this could have been handled in so many different ways. I ordered 3 patty melts & one hot dog. hot dog was plain literally, whoever was the manager physically slapped his hands on his lap with an annoyed attitude. i then repeated my order 5x to the person who was taking it & STILL did not receive anything close to what i wanted. i paid extra for them to add bacon & none of my burgers had even one piece of bacon. you could have ... read more
