Ordered large cajun fries as well as 2 burgers and a large drink. Both our burgers were missing a topping which i went and got a side of. Not a big deal, but they had so much cajun spices on my fries all my fries were caked in them. Like they dumped a whole cup of seasoning on the fries. The fries were inedible. At least a quarter inch layer of seasoning on each fry
Nyjari is an employee at this specific Five Guys. She was courteous, respectful and welcoming. The food was fresh, and the service was phenomenal. As a person who loves french fries and cheeseburgers and good milkshakes I have been to a lot of five guys. Went to this Five Guys tonight with an online order. The poor girl working was working all alone. She was working so hard . Register, phones, grilling , fries, milkshakes etc. Absolutely no one else to help her out though. It is a Sunday night . Shame on the owner for scheduling one person to work. This is terrible to do to your employee and everyone who came in felt bad for the girl and told her how well she was handling the situation. Bad experience, very very bad customer service, they only gave me half the milkshake cup the justification that it was new and I didn't know how to do it.
