Went to this Five Guys tonight with an online order. The poor girl working was working all alone. She was working so hard . Register, phones, grilling , fries, milkshakes etc. Absolutely no one else to help her out though. It is a Sunday night . Shame on the owner for scheduling one person to work. This is terrible to do to your employee and everyone who came in felt bad for the girl and told her how well she was handling the situation. Bad experience, very very bad customer service, they only gave me half the milkshake cup the justification that it was new and I didn't know how to do it.
Consistency out of those place. Occasionally messes up orders, but always willing to fix it.
Food is great as always!! Ordered online. Waited approx. 15 minutes after arriving to obtain food. Too long. Only 3 service workers working. Not busy!
