I had such a wonderful experience at Five Guys in Ellicott City today! 🍔🍟 I ordered several burgers and fries for my family, and from the moment I walked in, everyone greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. I only waited about 3–4 minutes for my order! April, Steven and Daquan are the absolute best! Having too much fun at 10pm on a Thursday night behind the counter, but they put on a good show. Thanks for the shakes and fries!
Ordered two burgers, fries, and a shake! The food was great but I had to go back since the shake I had tasted off. The lovely lady with the gold hair was super kind and accommodating, offering me multiple remakes until the shake tasted how I wanted! I felt super bad wasting product but she was super supportive despite it being so busy. Tastes great!
I used to like this location because the employees are friendly and the burgers were good. But today I had a disgusting experience. The young girl was rude, looked like she didn’t want to work and kept cutting me off when I was ordering. And the disturbing part was that she handled cash with the gloves she was wearing and went straight to the back to handle food without changing them. Will not return, I wasted 4 burgers.
