This restaurant is horrible with the French fries I made an order online when I went to pick it up the fries where already ready in the bag the fries where very cold and VERY BURNTTTT!! My kid didn’t eat them because they tasted horrible. When you come to this restaurant check your fries if they are not BURNT!🤮
Dreadfully slow in preparing food
They are so incompetent I keep ordering fries and a milkshake & only get fries when using Uber eats! So I called the store to try to figure out if they gave him the milkshake but that's too much for 5 guys to handle. Finally was offered refund if I can make it to the store but that's impossible being I don't drive & am disabled. Disgusting the way they steal from people! It's definitely not a coincidence being this happened twice!
Went late on a Sunday and food was delicious.
