Dear Five Guys Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order, #[41718899259375617]. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The delivery arrived 35 minutes late, and the food was cold. Specifically, I ordered large fries, for which I paid $9.99. However, I received a small portion of overcooked, soggy fries that were inedible. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve it.
