Dear Five Guys Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order, #[41718899259375617]. Unfortunately, the experience was very poor. The delivery arrived 35 minutes late, and the food was cold. Specifically, I ordered large fries, for which I paid $9.99. However, I received a small portion of overcooked, soggy fries that were inedible. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know how you intend to resolve it. Terribly run restaurant. They have absolutely no consideration for people who place orders on third party apps (such as UberEats). You can place an order way in advance, and they won’t even BEGIN preparing the order until after you arrive, which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The manager at this location has to understand that the employees must start preparing mobile orders upon RECEIVING the order in their system, so that the order is ready when it’s supposed to be.
