Ordered online, said 6-11 min until ready. Even got there a little late and still had to wait. It took over 30 min until it was completed. Disappointing!
Stopped by for a quick lunch. Everything smelled and looked so good I couldn't wait for that first bite! Greeted as we entered. Quick service despite it being lunch time.
Terrible portion sizes for $26.34. An absolute rip-off. Everyone knows Five Guys for its generous portions, which is the only reason to justify their high prices. But this location was a joke. I paid over $26 for a burger, a little fry, and a shake. The burger barely had any toppings inside—it felt like they practically forgot them. It was absolutely awful. It was swimming in grease. Tasteless, the lettuce was wilted and slimy and of course it was greasey. I met someone there.It will never happen again.... not to mention the quality was far below McDonald's standards but cost 3 times as much.
This place is ridiculous. On Monday, June 22nd myself and a friend went in and tried to order 2 burgers. 3 people people in there and not a single person could speak or understand English. She takes my order wrong and my buddy says I want the same thing, add jalapeños. She deletes the entire order. Realizing she gave me the wrong order the first time, we reorder and she gets it wrong again.
