Around 6-7pm mar22 I was told my orders would be 5 to 10 minutes late. I politely asked for a drink while I waited. The employee, who turned out to be the manager, gave me a look of disgust and rudely responded, "No? Did you buy one?" I responded, " That was rude" and she walked away. I expect an employee representing your company, especially in a managerial position, to respond with something like "it’s against policy." or if she wants to be polite "Im sorry, it's against policy." Will never go back. Eveytime the burgers are COLD. So cold the cheese doesnt melt. Very disappointed.
extremely disappointing, as soon as in n out and shake shack are here these overpriced places will be gone. cafeteria food. place was empty, super dirty. gross unfiltered tap water, and the typical hospital cafeteria bread.
