I often time stopped at this 5Guys location in Manhattan and get a chocolate shake and a burger whenever I'm driving around in Manhattan. I stopped buying burgers there because it was always soggy at the bottom so I stick to just getting shakes. On July 3rd of 2025 I decided to stopped and get a chocolate shake with whip cream. This was my first time going to Five Guys. I had an exceptional dining experience and assistance ordering from the very kind and hospitable man behind the counter, Caleb. It is not very often these days to have such a pleasant person serving you. Not only did his kindness and helpfulness make my day, I had a great dining experience as well. Will be coming back!
