I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The smell of free peanuts engulfed my nose. I quickly paid for my meal. The cashier was patient as I perused the menu and made my decision. The payment kiosk asked if I would like to leave a tip and it had an option available as low as 5%. I appreciated this subtle accommodation because many restaurants in our modern age begin the tip percentage at 15%.
