I recently went to this establishment. I was with my children and Amaya, not knowing what I was going to order, told me that they are not taking orders without even asking. It turns out that the other girl, very kind, asked the cook and he said that they were taking orders. She didn't even apologize and she just acted badly. Picked up my food to find the little bacon cheese burger without bacon. I go back and because I don’t have time to get the whole burger remade they gave me bacon on the side, Cold Bacon on the side. I go to continue eating my burger and it is undercooked. I’m definitely going back to get my money back
I work in the mall and usually order on the app to pick up my lunch. I always receive excellent service, and the sitting area is always nice and clean. Today I placed my order in person and two lovely ladies assisted me. Jakyah placed my order, and was very pleasant, and helpful. Another young lady who’s name I believe is Amaya, was cleaning the counters and was very friendly and helpful to me. Thank you ladies for all that you do. 🌸💕✨
