Very rude management...
My Husband and I went to the Cross County Five Guys to have lunch and we couldn’t finish it because it was so cold there. Our hands were frozen while trying to eat. When I mentioned this to the staff they just looked at me expressionless. What a disappointing experience; go to Wendy’s or Burger King and enjoy your food in warmth!
First time ordering for delivery at this location and they sent me the wrong order. Not only did they send the wrong order, when I called the number on Google and another number from the five guys customer service line that they provided and said that was the only number they had for this location both numbers are not in service. So no way to contact this location. Horrible. Just horrible. And with this experience with this location I won't be ordering from here again.
