Great atmosphere and the employees have always been nice every time. I absolutely love their milkshakes they're delicious and worth the price.
The food was absolutely disgusting
Took forever for food and others got there's before us and it wasn't even busy! The one employee asked another before taking our order if they were still serving even though it was was way before closing I guess they were short handed and had a super busy dinner so I figured we would be okay actually just beating the dinner rush and then we wouldn't have to wait so long for our food. Granted this was about a year ago by the Vancouver Mall so things hopefully have changed since then!
We live on the opposite side of the state and don’t have a Five Guys so I figured I’d try it while I was in town. The gentleman working the front counter was amazing and instantly recognized that I was a rookie. He walked me through the differences in all of their sizes and burgers so I knew what to order. He also forewarned me that the burgers came with nothing on them. Somewhere else I went yesterday didn’t give me the same courtesy, so that was a plus.
